Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes due to processing by our third-party suppliers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
